This PRIVACY POLICY applies to all personal information collected in any written, electronic and oral communication or collected online or offline, including our website, located at steedtrade.com ("the Site ") via our mobile application as well as any other written, electronic, and oral communications with Steedtrade and its representatives (collectively, the "Services").

1. What information do we collect?
Information provided by users
Your Account Information: You provide your email address, to create an online or app account (“Account”) or subscribe to our communications. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to use the Services properly. When creating your Account, you may be asked to enter certain information, such as your name, avatar, age, gender, address, phone number, and email address.
Payment Information: Third-Party Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor (currently Paypal) to help us securely process your personally identifiable payment information. When you place an order through the Services, the credit card information you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to Paypal. We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for Paypal or its collection or use of your information. Customer Support: When you contact us, you may provide us with information about your use of the Services, including information about the Steedtrade products ("Products") you own and your contact details, so that we can provide customer support. For example, you can send an email to customer support with information about our Steedtrade tower fan's performance and other issues.

Device Properties and Operations: We collect certain information from and about your smartphone, tablet or personal computer ("Device"), such as device number, model, hardware and software version, signal strength and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, and other information. We also collect information about the operations you perform on the device, such as the time, frequency, and duration of use.
Cookies: Cookies are small text files that are sent to or accessed from your web browser or computer hard drive. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain (Internet location) from which the cookie originates, the "lifetime" of the cookie (i.e. its expiration date), and a randomly generated unique number or a similar identifier. Steedtrade's servers automatically collect and store in server logs certain information, such as your search queries, IP addresses, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request, the referring URL, and certain cookies that identify your browser or your account. .

Changing your email address, nickname, etc. : You can view and edit your account profile information by logging into your account and visiting your account settings page.
Deleting your account: If you wish to delete your account, you can do so on your account settings page. Deleting your account will delete personally identifiable information associated with your account.
6. Don't Track Disclosure
We Implement a Variety of Security Measures Unless required by law, we do not undertake to honor "Do Not Track" signals in your browser because observing them would prevent much of the tracking and disclosures described in this PRIVACY POLICY.
7. Sites Web tiers
We implement a variety of security measures so that our site may contain links to third-party sites. This PRIVACY POLICY does not apply to such third-party sites. We recommend that you read the privacy statements of any other sites you visit as we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to fill out our forms or send us any personal information about yourself. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information from our files.

For example, Steedtrade may not disclose specific personal information if disclosure would create a substantial, articulate, and unreasonable risk to the security of the personal information, your account with us, or the security of our network systems. To exercise your right to know or your right to delete your personal information, please contact us by email in section 13. To confirm your identity, we may ask you to verify the personal information we have already recorded for you. If we cannot verify your identity based on the information we have,
Right against discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to know, delete or refuse sales.
Right to know. You have the right to request in writing (i) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, address, email address, that a business has disclosed to third parties during the calendar year for direct marketing purposes, and (ii) the names and addresses of all such third parties. Additionally, it allows Steedtrade customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. In your request, please specify that you want a "California Shine the Light Notice". Please allow 30 days for a response.
10. Can you withdraw your consent to the collection and/or use of your information?
You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure of your personally identifiable information held or controlled by us by submitting a request to admin@steedtrade.com or by following the instructions below on deleting your account. Depending on the extent to which you withdraw your consent, the functionality of your Account, Products and Services may be affected, including loss of access to or use of your Account, Products and/or Services.
11. How long will the data be kept?
We store your information until we no longer need it to provide the Services, as described in this PRIVACY POLICY, or until you delete your account as described above, whichever comes first. .
12. Changes to our PRIVACY POLICY
Steedtrade reserves the right to revise and update this PRIVACY POLICY from time to time. All changes are effective when we post them, as set forth above, and apply to the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will indicate your acceptance of such revised changes, so please check this PRIVACY POLICY regularly for updates.
